Pierre Chasseray, délégué général de l'association "40 millions d'automobilistes", était sur le plateau du Figaro Live pour dénoncer les Zones à Faibles Émissions (ZFE).
"L'Etat n'a toujours pas réglé le problème de ceux qui roulent sans contrôle technique. En revanche, verbaliser 50% des automobilistes car ils crachent quelques grammes de trop, on a mis les moyens qu'il fallait."
